- what does it cost to list?
- listing is free. a service fee is added at checkout and shown on every order — your buyers always see the fee line before they pay.
- can i charge a fee on a free event?
- yes — an optional RSVP fee, as a commitment nudge on free events. you set the amount, guests see it before they confirm, and the platform collects it.
- how do payouts work?
- through Stripe Express. you are paid your ticket face value, released after the event runs — event end plus 3 days.
- what happens when an attendee is refunded?
- refunds come out of the ticket’s face value and can be issued until the event’s start time. fees are not part of the refund.
- can i run promo codes and marketing?
- yes — you can create promo codes per listing, and every listing has its own marketing hub in your dashboard to help grow the room.
